I'm an email-first CPA. That's not me avoiding you; it's me making sure I understand your question before we talk, so you get a real answer instead of "let me get back to you."

Quick heads-up: I don't do bookkeeping, and I work with individuals and small businesses, not large companies. If that's you, we're going to get along great.

To help me help you, tell me:

  • Whether this is for you personally, your business, or both

  • What kind of business, if you have one (sole proprietor, S-Corp, partnership, rental property)

  • What's prompting the email: a notice, a life change, a new business, or "I need a new CPA"

  • Any deadline I should know about

How it works

  1. You send the note with your question

  2. I look at it and see if I can a) help and b) think we’ll be a good fit

  3. If I think we’re a good fit - we’ll figure out a time to talk and I’ll already know what we’re talking about!

  4. If I don’t think we’re a fit, I’ll tell you and try to point you to someone who can help if I can.
